My approach to therapy is holistic and supportive, recognizing the connection between emotional and physical well-being. When helpful, we may explore how nutrition and daily habits can support your mental health.

I’m am often joined by one of my friendly therapy dogs who like to be present during sessions, offering an added sense of comfort and calm for many clients.
