What you can expect

My approach to therapy is holistic and supportive, recognizing the connection between emotional and physical well-being. When helpful, we may explore how nutrition and daily habits can support your mental health.

I'm am often joined by one of my friendly therapy dogs who like to be present during sessions, offering an added sense of comfort and calm for many clients.

    In individual sessions, we will work together one-on-one to help you build clarity and self-awareness, align your intentions with outcomes, and fall back in love with who you’re becoming.

  • Couples Therapy

    You, your partner and I will sift through current tension to improve communication, identify areas to grow together, and open new pathways for a deeper, more intimate connection.

  • Group Therapy

    I’ll work with you and your family or cohort to create more effective and nurturing practices for connection and discovery.

  • Supervision

    As both a licensed professional and an adjunct professor, I love working with students realizing their dreams to join the profession. Reach out to me for supervision support.
